Returns & Exchanges

• Products can be exchanged within 1 day of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Exchanges are only accepted for:
  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged product
  • Size issue (if applicable)
  • Defective item

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sale or discounted items
• Customized or stitched-on-order products
• Accessories including scrunchies and scarves (for hygiene reasons)
• Products damaged after use

Exchange Process

2. Share clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
3. Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable if the ordered item is unavailable or cannot be exchanged.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
